Now Hiring - Professional Services Sales Associate in Ballwin, MO

Appliance Discounters is seeking a full-time (40 hours per/week) Sales Associate for our locations in the St. Louis Metro and Metro East community! See detailed job description below. Hours of operation are typically 10:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday thru Saturday. Duties and Responsibilities of a Sales Associate

• Use product knowledge to demonstrate features and benefits and assist customer in making informed decisions based on their needs and wants
• Asks for the sale with every customer within the proper amount of time
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders and track them through the deliver/installation or pickup process
• Stay current on product lines, inventory and internal goals and procedures
• Build a loyal base of customer referrals
• Merchandise a specified area of the showroom (cleaning, tagging, etc.)
• Participate in on and off-site meetings, trainings and events as requited
• Help to grow our culture of teamwork and unity through positivity

Education Required for a Sales Associate

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• A bachelors' degree is an added advantage
• Experience in appliance sales
